For the January 11, 2024, meeting, Whispers will hear from Natalie Hawkins, President of the Moore County Economic Development Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity for our attendees to learn about the numerous retail and commercial projects underway in Moore County.

This not-for-profit economic development organization and public-private partnership serving all of Moore County, NC, works with partners and local governments to attract more businesses and support existing businesses, building more than the economy. The group’s mission is to increase prosperity and improve the quality of live in Moore County.

The meeting is held at the Country Club of Whispering Pines. Reservations are required. Please mail or drop off your $25 (incl.) payment to Donna Moore, 21 Sunset Drive, Whispering Pines, no later than January 4th.

We start with a social at 11:30, followed by Whispers business items while we enjoy our lunch.

All women in Whispering Pines are automatically members of Whispers. There are no dues—just the opportunity to meet other women in the village, socialize, and support projects to benefit local charities.
